STUTTGART, GERMANY | Flint Group Narrow Web announces the introduction of Flexocure FORCE UV flexo ink that is said to handle more easily because of lower viscosity and no foaming. Reportedly also exhibits greater adhesion to a wider range of substrates and improved performance for many variable printing techniques. Claimed to have a superb cure response, allowing increased run speeds and the ability to run more demanding designs with high color strengths at higher press speeds. Permits vignette printing from a clean 1% dot up to 100% solid print with high color strength matching Pantone. Yields minimal dot gain and excellent printability, says the company, for superb dot reproduction as well as speed stability with consistent density. Works with most thermal transfer ribbons and will not cause plate swelling during extended runs.
