Sani-Blast to Exhibit at CorrExpo 2009

Sani-Blast, the leader in anilox roll cleaning systems and service, will showcase their re-engineered on and off-press cleaning systems at CorrExpo 2009 from September 1–3 in Chicago. Sani-Blast systems are said to be more powerful, user-friendly, and compact.

Sani-Blast, at Booth #600, will demonstrate ways to improve print quality and prolong the life of anilox rolls. Sani-Blast’s soda blasting method of anilox roll cleaning is said to be the most effective method available. Because the system is automated, the cleaning is precise and consistent, eliminating roll damage and the inconsistent cleaning of manual methods, reports the company. Since the equipment uses baking soda, it is also said to be the most environmentally sensitive technique of cleaning anilox rolls.

Sani-Blast also offers an anilox roll cleaning service in their facility and on or off-press cleaning service in customer’s facilities.
