Atlas Converting Equipment Incorporates China Subsidiary

BEDFORD, UK | Atlas Converting Equipment has completed the incorporation of its new China-based subsidiary, A.C.E. (Shanghai) Trading Co., located in new premises in the Pudong business district of Shanghai. This follows the UK  company’s separation from Bobst Group via a Management Buy-Out (MBO) in October 2010.

The core team for Atlas and Titan at A.C.E. will provide support in both sales and service activities for all Atlas & Titan slitter/rewinder customers throughout Greater China. Raymond Chan continues as regional sales manager in Greater China and Daniel Zhang continues as service manager.

Alan Johnson, managing director of parent company Atlas Converting Equipment in the UK, says, “We look forward to developing a much stronger relationship with our customer base in China for both the Atlas and Titan product ranges, and having our own group company in place will certainly help us achieve that objective as effectively as possible.”
