AIMCAL to Offer Dual Coating Conference in Europe

FORT MILL, SC | The Assn. of Intl. Metallizers, Coaters & Laminators (AIMCAL) will hold its first major technical program in Europe, dual web coating and web handling conferences, June 10–15, 2012 , at the Diplomat Hotel in Prague, Czech Republic. The Web Coating Conference, running June 10–13, includes technical sessions on both web coating and vacuum web coating plus a discussion of the roll-to-roll market. The Web Handling Conference opens with the roll-to-roll market overview sessions on June 13 and concludes at noon on June 15. Both European conferences will be conducted in English.

A US edition, following the same agenda, will be held October 21–26, 2012, in Myrtle Beach, SC. This is a successor to the long-running AIMCAL Fall Technical Conference and replaces the biennial Applied Web Handling Conference. Details and registration information about the US conferences will be available on the AIMCAL website in the third quarter of 2012.
