Flexo Prepress for Boxes; SunGraphics in Bay Area

ANTIOCH, CA, USA—Equipped with what reportedly is the "West Coast's largest imagesetter," SunGraphics now provides prepress services for boxmakers. Situtated in the San Francisco/Oakland area in Northern California, SunGraphics' newly opened "state-of-the-art facility provides package design and finished flexographic printing plates used in the production of paper packaging such as corrugated boxes, folding cartons, and retail point-of-purchase displays." At the heart of the Antioch facility is a Esko-Graphics Gigasetter, which is capable of providing one-piece films up to 96.5 x 63.5 in., and almost takes up an entire room in the facility.
