'Ask IDES' Connects Plastic Professionals

LARAMIE, WY | Finding answers can be a slow and frustrating process. Connecting with the right person is difficult and waiting by the phone or computer for answers to questions idles production, which burdens manufacturing companies with added costs.

In a collaborative effort, IDES and several forward-thinking resin manufacturers have created a simple, yet powerful service called ‘Ask IDES.’ Available through the Prospector search engine for plastic material datasheets and the IDES website, the service connects plastics professionals to people who know the answers to their design, processing and plastic material selection questions.
