Graphics Four-Color Process Workshop at SGIA

FAIRFAX, VA | Don't trust four-color process to trial and error. Learn how to consistently repeat the process at SGIA's Graphics Four-Color Process workshop, Nov. 3-6, 2008. Industry experts Bron Wolff of Pratt Corporation, Dawn Hohl of Uncommon Enterprises LLC, and Mike Ruff of Nazdar team up next month at SGIA headquarters to teach you how to successfully print four-color process.

This hands-on course will provide the tools and techniques for gaining control over all aspects of the process including: using a densitometer to measure and control density and percent dot; controlling critical variables in color separations; creating screens to produce quality four-color prints; troubleshooting and analyzing print results; implementing a step-by-step process for "fingerprinting" your press; and gauging process printing variables and their affect on color reproduction
