Heidelberg Extends Closing Date for Eco Printing Award

HEIDELBERG, GERMANY | Heidelberg has extended the closing date for the Heidelberg Eco Printing Award Award for the most sustainable printshop and the most innovative stand-alone solution. The closing date for entries is August 31, 2008.

Any printshop in the world that is equipped with at least one sheetfed offset press can submit an entry for this award, which will be given to the most sustainable printshop and innovative stand-alone solutions for environmental protection in prepress, press, and postpress. An independent panel of judges includes representatives from printing associations, environmental institutions, and environmental publishing houses. Prizes total EUR 50,000.
