Microwave Packaging Technology Tutorials

The Packaging Group offers two half-day tutorials on July 23–24 on “Understanding Microwave Packaging” (taught by microwave technology expert Bob Schiffman) and “Packaging Foods for the Microwave Oven” (taught by leading food technologist Dr. Magdy Hefnawy), covering the development of foods specifically for steam cooking in the microwave oven.
