ANN ARBOR, MI, USA—Narrow web converters will want to check out two new energy curable narrow web printing systems at the upcoming Labelexpo Americas 2002. Manufactured by Arcar Graphics (a div. of Flint Ink Packaging North America), the Arcure rotary screen ink system and the Arcure 860 UV ink system "are easy to work with, maintain their stability at high press speeds, and deliver vibrant color and sharp images for labels with powerful point-of-purchase appeal," says Mik Harjung, Arcar's VP/GM.
Reported features of the mfr.'s new systems include:
- ARCURE rotary screen ink systems
high opacity; silicone-free; elimination of trapping; quick leveling for high-speed production; designed for "Stork" rotary screen head; prints on a wide variety of top-coated films; available in Pantone colors (including light-fast and ultra light-fast); applications include cosmetic and personal care labels.
- ARCURE 860 UV inks system
