Fischer & Krecke to Introduce 10-Color CI Press at Drupa

BIELEFELD, Germany | Fischer & Krecke, which became fully integrated into Bobst Group on April 1, 2008, will introduce its 10-color FP 16S-10 CI press on the Bobst Group Stand at Drupa 2008. The model presented at Drupa features repeat lengths up to 34.6-in. (880 mm), print widths up to 65-in. (1650 mm) and speeds up to 2,000 fpm (610 m/min). It is capable of printing on all traditional substrates including film, aluminium, paper and paperboard.
   On the new FP 16S-10, F&K will demonstrate the smart GPS (Graphic Positioning System), which the company calls "a technological world first in flexographic printing."  It allows instant job startup with no impression and registration related setup required. Visit www.fischer-krecke.de.
