Dow Increases Prices on Acrylic Monomers

MIDLAND, MI | Dow Chemical Co. has raised prices for acrylic acid and esters, also known as acrylic monomers or acrylates. This is in addition to the increase announced for November 1, 2007. The following shows the total prices increases by region:
- Asia Pacific: $180 per metric ton.
- Europe: 120€ per metric ton.
- Latin America: $180 per metric ton.
- Middle East/Africa: $180 per metric ton.
- North America: $0.08 per lb.
