Rossini Buys Mastergraphics

STOW, OH | After two years of partnership, The Rossini Group has completed the acquisition of Mastergraphics LLC, a prepress provider located in Stow, OH. Mastergraphics has been appointed the sole North American licensee for the Rossini ITR (in-the-round) thermo-polymer sleeves.

In the meantime, the firm will continue to provide the same prepress services customers have come to expect. As part of the acquisition, Jeff Albaugh has been promoted to general manager of Mastergraphics. See rossini-na.com.
