IPCO at European Coatings 2025

Industrial process systems company IPCO will use European Coatings Show – Hall4, Stand 618 – to showcase its extrusion, cooling and flaking systems for powder paint production. The company will also be showcasing its new Automated Consistent Extrusion (ACE) technology, which enables materials to be processed with even greater precision.
IPCO’s scalable, high productivity systems are used by many of the world’s leading powder coating manufacturers. All models are designed to deliver high quality products in an energy-efficient way, with easy cleaning and rapid switchover with minimal waste. A demonstration model will be in operation on the stand.
The company’s powder paint production ranges encompass everything from feeding equipment and twin-screw extruders to steel belt coolers, compact chill rolls and value adding associated solutions. Extruders are available in a range of sizes and barrel styles, with capacities from 1-2500kg/h. Cooling lines can be supplied with steel or multipolymeric belts, with throughput capacities to match those of the extrusion range.
Automated Consistent Extrusion (ACE) solution
IPCO will use the European Coatings Show to launch its new Automated Consistent Extrusion (ACE) solution. This breakthrough hardware and software initiative automatically maintains key set points such as torque, specific energy, and discharge temperature, while constantly monitoring and reporting on actual throughputs. If an issue occurs to move values from the set point counter measures are implemented to reinstate the desired setting.
Productivity Centers in Italy and USA
Customers can undertake product trials and feasibility/quality tests using their own products on IPCO systems at dedicated Productivity Centers at IPCO’s manufacturing base in Milan, Italy, and the company’s North America facility in New Jersey. Production systems available for customer trials for scalable batch testing.
These extensive ranges are backed by comprehensive global service support including IPCO-engineered spare parts and system maintenance. The company also provides service and refurbishment of equipment from most other leading OEMs, and performance optimization consulting.
