Excelitas Technologies to Show Expanded Portfolio of UV Curing Systems for Medical Device Applications at MD&M West 2025

WHAT:    Field-proven UV curing systems from Excelitas enable controlled and repeatable UV assembly processes to maximize reliability and improve product yields in medical device manufacturing. Excelitas experts will be available at the company booth # 2259 to discuss featured products, including:

OmniCure® LX500 UV LED Spot Curing System: The LX500 UV LED Spot Curing System is a highly flexible and cost-effective spot curing solution with proprietary Intelli-Lamp® technology that monitors temperature and usage statistics to maintain an unmatched ± 5% stability in the optical output of up to four LED heads simultaneously. Developed with next-generation high-output LEDs, the new V3 UV LED Heads deliver up to 22W/cm2 peak irradiance and 1100mW power with an exceptionally uniform beam profile and provide a consistent and controlled output for a repeatable, high-throughput industrial curing process. The LX500 is available in standard 365nm, 385nm, 395nm and 405nm wavelength options. 

OmniCure S2000 Elite UV Spot Curing System: S2000 Elite is a new generation of lamp-based UV spot curing systems designed and developed for the most demanding manufacturing applications. Offering the highest reliability and quality for UV curing adhesive processes, the OmniCure S2000 Elite redefines spot curing with enhanced productivity, precision and security, while enabling next level control and usability.

OmniCure LS200 UV LED Radiometry and Calibration System: The LS200 UV LED Radiometry and Calibration System provides precise measurement and calibration for UV LED spot curing processes. An enhanced version of its LS100 predecessor, the LS200 brings a new level of versatility and extended measurement range to UV curing applications across a variety of industries, including medical device and electronics assembly.

Phoseon® FireJet® UV LED Area Curing Systems: The FireJet FJ800 is an air-cooled system with a base curing area of 100mm x 100mm that can scale in four directions, to provide contiguous, uniform UV output for medical device assembly. The FJ800 is available in 365nm, 385nm, 395nm and 405nm wavelength options and offers process stability with patented TargetCure™ technology that provides users with precise and predictable UV output.

Phoseon FireLine® UV LED Curing Systems: The FireLine FL200 is a water-cooled, high performance light source with peak irradiance up to 25W/cm2 ideal for medical assembly applications that require a small form factor for space challenged environments. FireLine FL200 comes with Ethernet capability for enhanced control and monitoring. The FL200 is available in 365nm, 385nm, 395nm and 405nm wavelength options.

Noblelight® F300S Microwave-Based UV Curing Systems: The F300S is a production-proven 300 watt/inch microwave-powered electrodeless lamp, packaged in a compact 6-inch modular unit. The F300S comes with a simple installation for medical labs or medical device manufacturing and comes compatible with LC6 Benchtop conveyor.
