Industrial Physics bolsters leadership team with Chief Commercial Officer appointment

Industrial Physics, the leading global packaging, product and material test and inspection provider has announced the appointment of Dan Rinehart as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to support its continuous growth plans.

Following the company’s recent acquisition and appointment of Barry Lyon as Chief Executive Officer, Dan joins the business at a pivotal moment. In his new role as CCO, Dan will be responsible for the global coordination of sales, marketing, and business intelligence functions. The role centers on the customer - ensuring a seamless customer journey and protecting the integrity of the brands they serve.

He will also lead Industrial Physics' focus on inorganic growth opportunities - this involves establishing priority areas within the markets we serve, to offer solutions that protect the integrity of brands and products for our customers.

Dan previously led commercial strategy development and execution in his role as Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing at Danaher Corporation (“Danaher”). His vast experience includes strategic marketing within Honeywell’s commercial security business, strategy and operations at Brazos Private Equity Partners and strategic consulting at Bain and Booz Allen Hamilton. He brings more than 20 years of leadership, strategy and commercial experience in public corporations and private equity backed businesses to the Industrial Physics leadership team.
