Scandstick, a Beontag Company, Announces New Senior Leadership Team in Support of Strategic Growth

Scandstick, a Beontag company, has announced a new senior European leadership team, marking an exciting new phase of strategic growth for the company. The company’s new leadership will be led by a new Managing Director, Tommi Heinonen, who joins from a leadership role in UPM Specialty Paper, and overseen by Mauro Lerner, Beontag’s Global Vice President of Lamination. 

Since becoming a Beontag company in 2022, Scandstick has been preparing to make the most of its transition from a leading European manufacturer, to a company that can truly benefit from the resources, expertise, operational oversight and support of a global leader in this industry.

The new senior European leadership tier is being established to fully oversee expanded European business operations, managing four sites across Europe, to help realize the company’s growth ambitions.

Supporting Tommi Heinonen, the company has named Niels Schou as Commercial Director, joining Scandstick from Avery Dennison in April; Joakim Svensson as Operations Director, formerly of healthcare manufacturer Stryker; and Jesper Serle, long-standing CFO of Scandstick to complete the team.
