DFE Announces Transfer of Ownership

After 46 years of operation, Dover Flexo Electronics (DFE) announced the transfer of ownership from founder, Kenneth Ekola, to new owners Glenn and Cynthia St. Peter.

Glenn’s background in engineering, manufacturing and operations will drive the company’s in-sourcing and product development initiatives forward with new determination, while Cindy’s expertise in the finance world will ensure DFE remains on sound financial footing for many years to come.

DFE reported that it is very thankful for the loyalty and support our great customers have demonstrated over the years. We pledge to continue designing and building high-quality, U.S. manufactured tension control products, far into the future.
