Maxcess Appoints Metals Sales Manager for Germany and Eastern Europe

Maxcess announced the appointment of Heiko Rätze as sales manager Metals for Germany and Eastern Europe while previewing a new load cell for the metals industry at METEC, Hall 3/E24. 

“Heiko comes to Maxcess Europe with 12 years of experience in the guiding industry, as well as 12 years in the metals industry,” said Johann Kühn, metals sales manager Europe. “By having him in our European metals team we are able to ensure a superior support to Fife’s Metals customers in Germany, in the Eastern European markets and Russia.”

At the METEC, Maxcess is presenting its MAGPOWR force reading solution for Metals lines, introducing  the new MTS Tension Measuring Units, with a range of 20kN to 200kN, low profile for easy mechanical integration and capable of measuring the full resultant of the strip tension for highest accuracy, and the MAGPOWR DLCA-NET amplifier, featuring full support of the major Ethernet based protocols (PROFINET, EtherNet/IP and EtherCAT).

The MAGPOWR DLCA-NET amplifier combined with the MTS rugged force measuring blocks is a powerful package to accurately measure strip tension in all applications on Metals lines.
