Maxcess Appoints New Global Director of Aftermarket Service

Maxcess has named John Gallagher as global director of aftermarket service.

“Given the large installed base of our storied brands of Fife, Tidland, MAGPOWR, Webex, Valley Roller, Menges Roller and Componex, we identified an opportunity to enhance our aftermarket presence and grow our aftermarket sales of spare parts, service, repair and product upgrades on a global basis,” said Doug Knudtson, COO of Maxcess.

Gallagher comes to Maxcess with a wealth of aftermarket experience, including field service, project management and aftermarket/business development roles at Rockwell and most recently, manroland Goss. He holds business and MBA degrees from Central Lancashire and Lancaster Universities in the UK.
