Intelligrated Offers Robotic Integration Capabilities

CINCINNATI, OH | Intelligrated, a provider of material handling solutions, showcased its robotic integration capabilities at the recent PACK EXPO Las Vegas. The company provides solution development based on a customer’s individual application challenges. After establishing a solution concept, the project undergoes systems engineering to solidify technical details and establish an execution plan.

The company designs and builds custom robotic end-of-arm tooling and manufactures auxiliary equipment such as conveyor, sortation, and automated storage and retrieval systems to further augment robotic solutions.

Robotic solutions are said to work seamlessly with other automated equipment and is recognized as a certified robot integrator by the Robotic Industries Assn. Systems come with integrated software and controls, such as optional PLC-based solutions for easy training and daily use. End-of-arm tooling offers the flexibility to handle quick product changeovers and is compatible with a choice of robotic arms from multiple manufacturers including Motoman, KUKA, and FANUC.
