IPSWICH, MA | EREMA North America, a subsidiary of EREMA Engineering Recycling Maschinen und Anlagen GmbH, announces Jadcore, a Terre Haute, IN, recycler of commodity plastics, has purchased an EREMA INTAREMA 1714 TVEplus. The INTAREMA technology replaces earlier systems offered by EREMA, and is said to delivers improved efficiency compared to previous models while producing the top quality reclaim typical of all company’s systems. Formal announcements of the purchase were made during the recent NPE show.
All INTAREMA systems feature the new Counter Current core technology for improved material intake and higher output capacity; the Smart Start system for extremely easy operation and a high degree of automation; plus enhanced ecoSAVE technology for lower energy costs. The INTAREMA 1714 is Jadcore’s second EREMA recycling system. It joins a TVEplus 1514 purchased in 2012.
According to Rob Doti, Jadcore VP of manufacturing, the first installed TVEplus was aimed at growing business through recycling customers’ more difficult materials. “EREMA is very aware of the challenges recyclers face today. Their technology and innovation address these better than anyone I’ve worked with in my 30 years.”
Jadcore plant manager Grant Bradley has been impressed with the versatility of Jadcore’s first EREMA and led the charge in the purchase of the new INTAREMA. He says, “The EREMA’s ability to process a variety of materials has streamlined our production scheduling efforts and improved our plant efficiencies.”
