Connemara Converting Opens West Coast Facility

BOLINGBROOK, IL | Connemara Converting, a converter of paper, board, and specialty products announces the opening of a new converting/warehousing facility in Ontario, CA.

The 100,000-sq-ft facility will be equipped with two precision cut Maxson large-format sheeters as well as a 94-in.-wide Catbridge twin-drum rewinder.

The location will also provide warehousing services for paper and board products being imported or shipped to the area by Eastern mills. Similar to the Bolingbrook location, the company will offer the market custom sizes and custom quantities of the products they carry and will ship in 72 hours or less.

“Our selling proposition to the West Coast print and merchant market will allow them to select a custom size (slit width or sheet size) and custom quantity of many different grades of domestic and imported paper and boards, delivering it when they want it,” says company president Charles Connolly.
