Amcor and Atlas Enter Strategic Partnership

BEDFORD, UK | Amcor Flexibles Asia Pacific (AFAP) and Atlas Converting Equipment announce plans to work together to leverage each other’s experience and commitment to innovation and technology. 

The agreement, which was signed by Amcor Flexibles Asia Pacific president, Ralf K. Wunderlich and Atlas Converting Equipment managing director Alan Johnson, provides standard machine specifications and options, together with an optimized and simplified process for ordering, delivery, installation, and commissioning.

Wunderlich says, “This strategic partnership supports Amcor’s growth agenda, enhancing our ability to rapidly respond to the needs of our customers in this high-growth region. We are very pleased to be partnering with Atlas and are confident that with their global reach and expertise, we will be well supported throughout Asia Pacific to continue to deliver the safest, most innovative packaging solutions to our customers.”

Already this year, Amcor has ordered four Titan slitter/rewinders as part of the agreement, which will include quarterly reviews to monitor progress.
