Mark Andy to Offer Flexo Concepts Doctor Blades

ST. LOUIS, MO | Mark Andy Print Products, the new supplies division of Mark Andy, announces a partnership with Flexo Concepts in which Mark Andy will add TruPoint Orange doctor blades to its product offering. TruPoint Orange combines a next-generation polymer with what is said to be a unique MicroTip designed to produce a fine contact area that meters consistently. Company says the Print Products team is trained to recognize situations where Orange can resolve issues related to UV ink spitting, anilox scoring, and insufficient blade life.

“I recommend TruPoint Orange doctor blades to any customer dealing with anilox scoring and UV ink spitting. Orange is an excellent all-around blade and has exceeded my expectations,” says John Christiansen, manager of Mark Andy University.

TruPoint Orange, which will ship with all new Mark Andy Performance Series  installations, will be showcased at PRINT 13 and CPP Expo in Chicago September 8–12 at the Mark Andy booth 1273. The blade will also be on display at Labelexpo Europe 2013 on the Flexo Concepts stand 11S20.
