DiTrolio Flexographic Institute Golf Outing Coming Up

CHICAGO, IL | DiTrolio Flexographic Institute announces its 10th Annual Scholarship Drive Golf Outing. The fund-raising event will be held Thursday, August 15, 2013, at White Pines Golf Club, Bensenville, IL. The school says last year’s event was a success with proceeds supporting the DiTrolio Flexographic Institute Scholarship Fund, which provides financial resources that enable students the opportunity to be trained and start a career in flexography as a flexo press operator or one of many other positions.

Vince DiTrolio, founder of the Institute, says, “Providing these scholarships is instrumental in establishing the next generation of flexo press operators. Due to rapid rates of growth and development in the industry, flexographic printing offers excellent employment opportunities and competitive wages. Innovations in flexography continue to further solidify its reputation as a sophisticated, high quality printing process and a great career opportunity.”

The Annual DFI Scholarship Drive Golf Outing will be a Four-Person Best-Ball Peoria Scoring scramble with a shot-gun start, cart, and dinner to follow. Golfers may register individually or as a team.
