Eaglewood to Display Anilox Cleaning System

MINNEAPOLIS, MN | Eaglewood Technologies, makers of the Sani-Blast System, will display the SBS-101-IP in-press anilox roll cleaning system at SuperCorr Expo 2012, scheduled for October 1–4 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta. The system is said to be environmentally safe.
Sani-Blast’s soda blasting method of roll cleaning is automated, reportedly resulting in precise and consistent cleaning. Baking soda is so gentle that it can be applied at high pressure to reach the bottom of the anilox roll cell without danger of damage to rolls with the highest line count, company says. An off-press Sani-Blast system is also available, as is a cleaning service.
