NimCor Roll Restorer Keeps Repair in Plant

NASHUA, NH | The Roll Restorer from NimCor is a mobile tool that repairs damaged or crushed cores on the plant floor. Now rolls with damaged cores can be salvaged easily without special handling and hoisting. Using standard shop air, the mobile unit uses a 20-ton hydraulic ram to straighten and reshape deformed cores with diameters from 2–12 in.

All parts and components used for core restoration are conveniently stowed on the Roll Restorer’s frame, including expander heads and flanges for different core sizes. The Roll Restorer is available as a mobile handcart or heavy-duty, forklift-mountable model.
