Menges Will Refurbish Chrome Rollers

WAUCONDA, IL | Menges Roller announces a new service of refurbishing chrome rollers for heat transfer and process rollers to original OEM specifications.

All journals and bearing surfaces are repaired to OEM tolerances, and roll body is cylindrically ground to tolerances of +-0.0005 to remove existing chrome. Body is repaired if needed and re-chrome plated and polished to original surface finish. Rolls can be reverse engineered from samples or manufactured from customers’ drawings.
