China-based Meikei Printing Buys Second OMET Flexy Press

GUANGZHOU, CHINA | MEIKEI Printing Co. Ltd. purchased an OMET Flexy F1 press after seeing it in action at Labelexpo Asia 2011. The press has ten flexo stations, two cold foil, and in-line die-cutting.
This purchase comes after MEIKEI’s success with its 2007 purchase of an OMET Flexy S machine with nine colors. The press was bought to satisfy the converter’s growing label business. It fulfilled their clients’ demands and led them into a market innovation stage.
Founded in 1997, Meikei is one of the largest printers in South China with headquarters in Guangzhou and two branches located in ShanTou and Beijing. Its success includes more than ten years of experience in producing high quality labels for health and beauty, food and beverage, automobile, security, and other markets.
