Folder produces envelope-type covering

The DHR-15 dental headrest folder is designed to produce an open-sided envelope-type covering that is slipped over the headrest of a dental chair or similar chairs where a covering is required. The pressure embosses and laminates polyethylene to a tissue material that becomes the outside of the cover. A second product using a nonwoven material is processed as a single embossed web without film lamination. Following lamination, the material is cut to length, folded in half and the edges ultrasonically bond, resulting in a sleeved cover closed on three sides. The process is automatic and produces covers ready for packaging at a rate of up to 90/min.
