L9 Announces 2015 World Label Winners

GLOUCESTER, MA | The L9 associations report the results of the 2015 L9 World Label Awards competition judged by an international jury prior to Labelexpo Europe in September 2015. The L9 is an alliance of global label associations created to formulate policies and gather strategic information in connection with global matters affecting the worldwide label industry.
The associations taking part this year included FINAT (Europe), TLMI (USA), JFPI (Japan), LATMA (Australia), SALMA (New Zealand), PEIAC (China), and AMETIQ (Mexico).
The current class structure includes 22 classes covering the primary printing processes and market applications. The results are listed in class order with the winners announced first, followed by the honorable mention (HM) awards.

This is the third year that five additional L9 Global awards representing the “Best of the Best” entries from the principal printing processes were included in the judging process. The awards will be presented at the Tarsus event which will be held during Labelexpo 2016 in Chicago in September 2016. The winners were selected from the winning entries in the L9 World Label Awards competition from the following classes: Flexography, Letterpress, Offset Litho, Combination Printing, and Digital Printing.
The judging for the 2016 L9 WLA competition will take place September 12 in Chicago at Labelexpo.
