Maan Group to Display Module for Linerless Labels

RAALTE, THE NETHERLANDS | Maan Group will show its lnlinerless Module at the upcoming Labelexpo Europe, September 29–October 2 in Brussels, Belgium, Stand 11F32. 

Company says the module is designed to provide paper or film with a silicone and hot melt coating in one passage in a fast, high quality, and efficient manner. Module is said allow for easy production of linerless label material. It is designed to be used as an upgrade of an existing machine, but because of the addition of unwind and rewind stations, it can also be deployed as a stand-alone system.

With the silicone coating station and the hot melt coating station as key-components, flexible and efficient possibilities reportedly arise with the re-use of existing equipment and adding functionalities as silicone/adhesive coating, laminating, and printing.

After Labelexpo, the demonstration Inlinerless Module will be operational in company’s facilities in Raalt. The Module will then be available for demonstrations, test runs, and production of demo rolls.
