Channeled Resources Acquires Atlas Adhesive Tape

CHICAGO, IL | Channeled Resources Group announces the recent acquisition of Atlas Adhesive Tape Corp., Skokie, IL.

The company says Atlas’s specialty tapes brings another dimension to its already diverse business, which comprises release liner, label stock, unsupported papers and films, tape, contract converting, and sustainable solutions for the coated, treated, and laminated paper and film industries.

The tape division will be led by founder Steven Atlas at its Marathon City, WI, 200,000-sq-ft facility. Channeled president and CEO Cynthia White says, “We know Steve’s expertise in the pressure-sensitive tape applications will broaden and further complement our overall product offerings. At Channeled, we realize that innovation and diversification is the key to remaining viable in an ever changing world.”

Channeled Resources Group will unveil its new line of tape products at Labelexpo Americas 2014, Booth #1211, at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL, September 9–11.
