INX Sheet-Fed Inks Certified by EcoLogo

SCHAUMBURG, IL | INX International Ink Co. reports its EcoTech TC II sheet-fed inks have earned certification from the environmental standard EcoLogo Program, a Government of Canada official certification mark. Certified inks include four EcoTech process colors and 13 blending bases.
According to INX, these high-performance inks are mineral oil and cobalt drier free, and they offer fast startups and drying times and a quick return to color run after run. Besides dot sharpness and press stability, especially in light coverage situations, printers have experienced good gloss and rub resistance and can foil stamp in 48–72 hrs, company adds. EcoTech inks conform to ISO 2846-1 standards and are suitable for GRACoL G7 certification.
The EcoLogo Program helps public and corporate purchasers and consumers find and trust environmentally preferred products across 80 categories. Its logo and certification reportedly assures that all environmental claims made by manufacturers are understandable as well as both accurate and reliable.
