Reifenhuser Reports Record Orders

TROISDORF, GERMANY | According to the Cast Film Business Unit of Reifenhäuser Group, the engineering industry in 2010 showed clear signs of financial recovery worldwide. The company says it used the recent difficult times to optimize sales and production processes, and as a result, it emerged strengthened and has booked a record number of orders, concluding 11 contracts for cast film lines last year.
The company is focusing on new products as well, supplying a modern PET film production plant in 2010 with an “REItruder” twin-screw extruder.
