Refreshing Dip

ConAgra's new Ro*Tel Ready to Eat Queso Dip is making a splash on store shelves, thanks to a packaging format provided by Printpack, Atlanta, GA. The shrink label covers a custom-molded PP cup thermoformed at Printpack's Williamsburg, VA, facility. The 2-mil PVC label is rotogravure printed in eight colors and includes a special adhesive that is applied during printing so the label will adhere to the curves of the microwavable container. The label provides a large billboard for ConAgra to show off the product as well as add nutrition facts, ingredients, UPC code, and heating instructions.
