POLAR to Exhibit Automated Label System

HOFHEIM, GERMANY | POLAR will showcase its automated LabelSystem DC-11plus at Labelexpo Europe 2017, September 25–28, at the Brussels Expo in Brussels, Belgium. With a capacity of to 1,440 label packs/hr, this die-cutting system reportedly sets the benchmark in wet-glue label production. It is the first presentation of POLAR with its cooperation partner Gallus. 

The system is designed for the highly automated in-line production of banded die-cut labels. Company says up to 1,440 packs can be manufactured with minimum staff in 60 min. The operator is supported by a menu-driven setup said to reduce the required time. A job changeover is possible within just 15 min thanks to the “OptiChange” feature. Even cutting waste can be minimized.

OnePunchRegister needs only one single package to correctly adjust the cutting die to the printed image. Ultimate die-cutting precision is ensured by locking the material in position. All settings can be made without any tools.
