Baldwin Acquires PC Industries

ST. LOUIS, MO | Baldwin Technology Company, a global supplier of process automation solutions, consumables, and services to the print, textile, and film industries, has acquired the assets of PC Industries, (PCI) Gurnee, IL, in a transaction that closed September 13, 2017. PCI is a manufacturer of inspection systems for the printing, converting, packaging, pharmaceutical, and security printing industries. Baldwin is privately owned by BW Forsyth Partners, a Barry-Wehmiller company.
