DFE Product Silences Noisy Brakes

ROCHESTER, NH | Dover Flexo Electronics (DFE) has developed Silencer friction pads to stop squealing brakes. When used with company’s pneumatic dual disk brakes, solution is said to work consistently and be cost effective. 

Company says part of the solutions to noisy brakes is to ensure that brakes are properly installed and aligned for the web application and individual running conditions on a machine. Then, if improper installation doesn't seem to be the root cause of a machine's brake squeal issue, the Silencer friction pads will kill any annoying screeching or squealing from unwind brakes.
