AGL Reports Redesigned Laminator

DEFOREST, WI | Advanced Greig Laminators (AGL) is introducing a newly redesigned Encore Series laminator. Company says features include the following:
- Pneumatic control of all wind-up stations with interchangeable cores allowing for more precise film tension
- Proprietary nip roll design and “the industry’s best” heating and nip pressure design, offering ease of use, consistent results, and faster throughput
- Redesigned frame incorporating upgraded dead shaft idler rolls with SKF bearings providing less resistance to the throughput materials
- Lighter weight swing-out shafts featuring easy core exchange without any tools
- Enhanced Autogrip core chuck addresses the issue of inside core variances commonly found with some cast vinyl manufacturers.
Product will be on display at the SGIA Expo, September 14–16, 2016, in Las Vegas.
