MarquipWardUnited Offers New Feature for Sheeter

PHILLIPS, WI | MarquipWardUnited introduces the TwinCut feature for the SheetWizard dual rotary sheeter.

TwinCut reportedly allows converters and mills to sheet from A4 or 8½ x 11 in. up to large folio format on the same machine. On cut size and digital production, the sheeter operates in the production range of 18,000 sheets/min based on a five-web, five-pocket setup. On the same machine running a typical five-web, 80-gsm sheet 720 mm x 1,000 mm, a typical output exceeding four tonnes/hr is achievable, company says.

The SheetWizard with TwinCut can be configured to produce sheet in palletized stacks or in reams. When ream production is required, a complete system giving wrapped reams in cartons automatically palletized and wrapped can be supplied.
