Busy Day Judging AIMCAL Competition

Today was a busy one of six judges (including myself) and competition chairman Steven Sedlak of Metallizing Systems Inc., who met today at PFFC’s offices to evaluate entries submitted for the Assn. of Intl. Metallizers, Coaters & Laminators (AIMCAL) metallized or coated product competition.

Twenty entries vied for marketing and technological recognition as the Product of the Year while another six entries sought distinction for their sustainability features. Winners will be announced on March 20 at AIMCAL’s annual Management Meeting (March 20–23) at the Boulders Resort in Carefree, AZ, along with winners of the association’s Technology of the Year competition.
