INNO-LOK®/EZ-STAND/ POUR & LOK™

Hudson Sharp’s INNO-LOK machine offers the versatility to run both reclosable and regular bags on any packaging line without the need for additional capital investments.
The EZ-STAND innovation features a pre-applied bottom gusset on a roll, enabling the production of stand-up pouches on a VFFS machine with ease. By utilizing the INNO-LOK machine alongside a universal applicator, the EZ-STAND pouch provides the same efficiency and cost-effectiveness as VFFS pillow packs, but with the added benefit of standing up.
Our POUR & LOK system is a highly innovative solution that creates resealable side-gusseted bags and pouches, ideal for applications such as pet food, lawn and garden products, and snacks. Using roll stock with pre-applied closures, POUR & LOK offers significant advantages, including higher production rates, no reduction in processing speeds, reduced scrap, and less downtime.
