Spray Systems Need No Contact

Spray systems from WEKO North America apply water, chemical solutions, or powder onto webs in a "contactless" manner. For liquids, the system employs a series of spinning cups that spray drops onto the web surface. Spray format can be tailored to a specific web width. For powder, system employs a dosing module that meters powder in the range of 20-60 microns through a series of individual spray nozzles.
