Pearl Technologies Announces Staff Updates

Ryan Neil joins as Regional Sales Manager, Ann Kelsey promoted to Channel Strategy Manager 

Pearl Technologies, a leader in creating high-speed machine attachments for punching holes, perforating, and slitting film in the converting industry and brand of EDGE Industrial Technologies, announces two strategic team updates. Ryan Neil was hired as regional sales manager to manage the west region for the brand, and Ann Kelsey was promoted to channel strategy manager.

We’re excited to see what Ryan brings to our team and customers and watch Ann flourish in the next step of her career here at Pearl.”

Neil has more than 11 years of production and sales experience, including product and business development, marketing, customer relations, plastic film technical knowledge and sales growth and development. He uses this experience, as well as his knowledge of the food packaging market, in his role of selling punches, punching units, and extrusion equipment. Joining the Pearl team in November 2023, he reports to Benford. Neil earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management at the University of Wisconsin and currently resides in Rice Lake, Wisconsin.

In her new role, Kelsey manages Pearl’s international customers, with a focus on those in Mexico, Canada and Europe. Also reporting to Benford, she is responsible for helping international customers grow their sales through product training and relationship management. Prior to this promotion, Kelsey worked in Pearl’s customer service team for nearly 5 years, most recently serving as customer service director. She earned an associate degree in accounting from Finger Lakes Community College in New York, and lives in Lubbock, Texas.
