Badger Plug Acquires Homa Plastics

GREENVILLE, WI | Badger Plug Company, global supplier of roll protection products, has acquired Joseph Homa Consultants, Westmount, QC, Canada.

Founded in 1977, Joseph Homa Consultant supplies plastic core plugs to paper mills and converting operations located mostly in and around Quebec. According to Tom Duffy, national sales manager for Badger Plug, “This acquisition will add some models to our already extensive line of plastic core plugs. While we presently serve many of the same markets throughout Canada, we look forward to supporting former Homa customers with a complete line of roll suspension and protection solutions as well as offering technical support for all roll protection needs.”
