Enfocus and Monotype Agreement Focuses on Fonts

MIAMISBURG, OH | Enfocus announces an exclusive agreement with Monotype, a global typeface provider, to address the critical obstacle of missing fonts in the correction of PDFs for production. The agreement was announced at PRINT 13.

Company gives its PitStop Pro 12 and PitStop Server 12 sites the option to connect to the new Monotype Baseline platform, a new cloud-based service solution, when missing fonts are detected. Licensing the font permits embedding of the font in the file, thereby allowing it to pass preflight and print successfully. As part of the terms of the agreement, company currently has exclusive rights to offer the Monotype solution for use in preflight.
