Memjet Displays Label Presses from OEM Partners

SAN DIEGO, CA | Memjet featured products from OEM partners at the recent GRAPH EXPO 2015. Included was the 2600 mini-press from Colordyne Technologies, targeted for label converters looking for a digital printing solution. The press uses a single Memjet printhead capable of printing at 60 fpm (18 mpm) at 1,600 x 1,600 dpi.
Also featured was the RTI Digital Vortex 850MP short-run digital mini-press, built on the Liberty operating system and powered by Memjet. The Memjet technology and built-in flexible die and film lamination option reportedly allow print runs starting with simple stock media and resulting in full-color, die-cut, and laminated labels.
