W&H Pulls Out of Pack Expo

LINCOLN, RI, USA—According to a recent release by Windmoeller & Hoelscher, the converting equipment manufacturer has decided to cancel its Pack Expo exhibit.

W&H says the decision to pull out of the show was based on cost/benefit calculations and "the fact the Pack Expo show no longers relates strongly to W&H's primary North American printing press, multiwall paper sack, and extrusion business." Adds the company, "The cost savings resulting from non-participation Pack Expo will be utilized to increase W&H's visibility at the 2003 editions of CMM International and NPE."
